Citizen Levels or CL are the most important attributes your avatar has. They can be achieved by earning Citizen Points. One Citizen Level is the same as 20 Citizen Points.

Citizen Level 40 guns
Increasing your Citizen Level gives you access to a wide range of Wearables, Usables, and more. You can increase your avatar's Attributes by having more Citizen Levels. Players with a high Citizen Level receive an XP and Token Bonus when doing missions.
Themes[]
In July 2017, new ranks and badges were added to the Citizen Level system. They now consist of the following themes:
- Royal
- Cat
- Dog
- Superstar
Players can now choose to display any badge that is below the one they have, offering more opportunity for flexibility.
